Fics like Should Haves

Requested by saralynne: I'm terrible at thinking of specific prompts but I would love a story where Shaun gets hurt or sick at the hospital and Dr. Glassman/Claire/any character(s) you want are there to help him. I can just imagine so much cuteness with that. It's sort of a non-creative idea so I understand if you don't want to write it!! Shaun hadn't left her. He'd refused. But maybe he should have. Maybe it would have been better if he did. Instead, he'd stood in front of her, and he'd protected her as best he possibly could. And as a consequence, he couldn't protect himself. Claire should have fought more. She should have stood her own ground. She hadn't been able to. The entire situation should never have happened. But it did.
