Fics like Comfort

This is a twin story to "Hurt" which is the Takao/Midorima story. I was asked to write Kuroko´s story which actually spawned a whole arc of stories. Every one of them can be read apart from the others, one does not need to read the other parts, so if you just want to read Kuroko´s story, that´s fine. This one is pretty intense emotionally, so I changed my writing style to provide more emotional disconnection. Kuroko suffered through years of rape by the GoM, blaming it on himself, before beginning anew at Seirin and trying to heal. He has to work through his self-blame, his insecurity, his shame and his guilt over failing his friends (his POV for most of the story because he cannot handle a victim status) as well as the abortions he had and the child he lost. In the end it is a story about comfort and finding happiness (with a slight bit of therapy because I cannot hold myself back sometimes). Definite trigger warning though and even by the end, Kuroko is neither "healed" nor actually out of his trauma world-view, he is only stable. Happy ending but no fluffy "mates and babies heal everything" because sadly, they don´t. But love certainly helps :)
