Bender is insecure. All five of the Breakfast Club are hormonal, pining teenagers. There is a lot of tomfoolery and misunderstandings, and eventually they end up in a polyamorous relationship and there's flowers and hearts and everything is safe and loving. That's it that's the whole idea. Mostly Bender-centric, with him being a slightly oblivious dork and the others slowly entering into a relationship and trying to figure out how to make it obvious they want him involved as well.
