Fics like Of a Different Feather

Noctis' wings were black. The deep rich kind of black that glistened in the sunlight. Feathers perfectly aligned, perfectly groomed, free of any tears due to the luxury of professional care from the moment he was born. All of the Lucian kings had black wings. It not only represented their status as royalty, but their power. Prompto too, had black wings. They were just the wrong kind.
