So, Julian was invisible with nothing but free time on his hands. What was he supposed to do with that? Of course his mind immediately went to how invaluable he could be for Starfleet Intelligence in this state, though hopefully this would be more temporary. He could stay in his quarters and pretend none of this was happening, or try to do what limited research he could without disturbing anyone. As he thought about this and walked aimlessly through the promenade, finding avoiding people much more frustrating when they were not also aware of an impending collision, he saw Garak’s Clothier’s.
