Fics like We Were Young Then

TLDR; Jackson's parents are found out to be abusing Jackson and Jackson has to live with the Stillinkis featuring supernatural Canon divergence. Jackson Whittemore was the top athlete, the hottest guy in school, and the best... a good boyfriend, but not all is as it seems; at home he endures horrific abuse at the hands of his adoptive parents. He waits for the chance to be free, when his parents insurance pays out not knowing that his father is eventually going to go too far. After a nasty beating lands him in the hospital, the town's Sheriff takes pity on Jackson and agrees to take him in to avoid Jackson having to switch schools. There is just one problem, Jackson has just spent most of the year torturing the Sheriff's son Stiles. Little did they know that this was the last summer before wolves returned to Beacon Hills. [Trigger Warning: The story starts with the final time that Jackson is abused, so big Trigger Warning for the first scene.]
