Written for a prompt on Tumblr. Original Prompt from brokenitaly224: "Do you think maybe you can write a fic where Cas fakes sick just to be cuddled by Dean?" Set at some vague point in Season 9 during which human!Cas is living with Sam, Dean, and Kevin in the Bunker. Dean always takes such good care of Cas when he's sick, and Cas finds himself aching for that kind of closeness with him. But he doesn't just want Dean to take care of him; he wants to take care of Dean, too.
